Quite some news if it’s from the gaming industry and makes it into The Economist ( http://www.economist.com/blogs/schumpeter/2013/06/zyngas-woes ) or FAZ (http://www.faz.net/aktuell/wirtschaft/netzwirtschaft/zynga-baut-ab-farmville-macher-streicht-jede-fuenfte-stelle-12208063.html ). Not that I would ever have been a fan of their BidonVille-games. But it’s a reminder of a simple fact that is too often forgotten during hype cycles. Namely that promises are good…. but delivery is better. And delivery means delivery on customer expectations first and foremost.

Those who bought the shares should perhaps have played the games first….
